As a leading dance and performing arts education provider, within the Auckland region. We at EAPA strive to provide all students with the fundamental skills needed to be successful within the performing arts industry.

Our company’s vision is to condition and educate students with a wealth of practical, theoretical and performance capabilities and techniques. To allow all students to successfully enter the professional dance arena, competitive entertainment industry and undertake educator responsibilities within the arts sector.
Each of our diploma courses at EAPA are designed specifically to develop artistic and creative students who are accredited with a sound background on which to base their career within the performing arts.

We offer two full-time courses based on international dance examinations to enable students to gain qualifications that are recognised worldwide.

About the Director

Elizabeth Harvey has enjoyed career longevity within the dance industry for the past twenty years. She has performed internationally in such renowned performing arts destinations as the UK, Paris, Ireland, Iran and the US.

For many years Elizabeth taught in the United States before deciding to return to her own home land and sea, New Zealand. Ms Harvey now runs her own studio Dance Unlimited in addition to her role as the Managing Director of EAPA.

Elizabeth’s aim is to provide excellent all-round dance theatre training to equip students with the requirements for employment in the dance professions, the entertainment industry and as teachers of dance.
